Vaughn’s wife of more than 10 years, Kyla Weber, attended the star-studded ceremony on Monday along with their two children, 11-year-old son Vernon and 13-year-old daughter Locklyn.

Longtime Hollywood mainstay Vaughn hailed his “beautiful wife” for coming to the event.

I’m so happy you’re here with me on this, my lovely wife Kyla. Vaughn said, “I’m so thankful for you and these adorable kids. Additionally, for all of the giggles we’ve had together. You guys truly need to understand that, despite everything else, you are the most important thing in the world to me.

Accusing Hollywood executives of ceasing to produce R-rated comedies, Vince Vaughn said they “don’t want to get fired.”

He made the remark, “You’re not as lucrative,” in true Vaughn style. You folks are the most significant, even though you don’t grant me access to the same kinds of things that this kind of item does.”

On Monday, additional members of the “Wedding Crashers” star’s family were present. On this momentous day, Vaughn’s parents, Sharon and Vernon Vaughn, his aunt, his two elder sisters, and “all” of his pals were present.

Prior to the occasion, Vaughn told Fox News Digital that having his family by his side on his special day was “amazing”.

The 54-year-old star of Wedding Crashers accepted the prestigious accolade on Monday, August 12, accompanied by his wife Kyla and his two children, son Vernon, 11, and daughter Locklyn, 13.

Seldom seen together, Vaughn and his two children sat for family portraits on the famous Hollywood promenade. With their two children standing between them, the pair grinned as Vernon held out his dad’s plaque, which displayed his star.

With much appreciation, the actor said he was “so grateful” to have his family by his side for this milestone as he accepted the medal.

Vaughn recently shared some uncommon remarks about his job as a father in an interview with The New York Times Magazine, telling the publication that “being a parent has been such a joy.”

The celebrity continued by saying that becoming a father has given him “more tools at encouraging” and made him “more empathetic, more patient.”

The Dodgeball actor spoke with E! News in 2013 about how much he loves being a father.

It’s a lot of fun, and every youngster brings their own excitement, he said. “Having fun and laughing with the kids is the best kind of fun.”

With his spouse and kids at his side, Vaughn commemorated his hand and footprint ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre two years later. Additionally, he has been seen taking Vernon and Locklyn to Disneyland and NBA games.

 

“You guys are the most important and I love you very much, but you’re not as lucrative and you don’t give me access to the kind of stuff that this kind of thing does,” he joked. Having you guys alongside me is amazing.”
