Monday Night Football begins when?

Strangely enough, the 2024–2025 preseason does not have any Monday Night Football games scheduled. On Monday, September 9, the San Francisco 49ers will play the New York Jets in Week 1 (8:15 on ABC and ESPN), marking the first Monday night game of the season.
